Online Marketing Manager - Icons.com
We require someone to join our rapidly-expanding signed sport memorabilia business. We have ambitious plans and we require an Online Marketing Manager to join the existing core team and help drive us forward.

Responsibilities
# Plan and deliver the icons online marketing drive cycle to bring customers to the site
# Run the icons PPC campaigns
# Manage our PPC and SEO agency
# Manage, increase and monetise the icons customer database
# Manage our eBay and Amazon accounts
# Write and produce the icons newsletter
# Run our affiliate and white label operations and engage the trade audience
# Attract customers through our social media presence on twitter, facebook, flikr, youtube etc
# Write blog entries to keep our customers up to date on what's going on
# Run on and offline promotions with our media partners such as Sky Sports and ESPN
# Manage the online creative process from start to finish
# Work with the team to optimise products and pages on the site to drive revenues
# Identify key audiences and developing new sales channels
# Keep the team up to date with site and customer statistics
There is limited opportunity to meet the players themselves at one of our regular signings
Skills and job requirements
# Experience of running PPC campaigns and maximising return on investment
# In depth experience of Google Analytics and Adwords
# Experience of managing budgets effectively and delivering against targets
# Running affiliate schemes through the likes of Affiliate Window
# Extremely numerate and articulate
# Ability to run meetings and deal with senior management and third parties
# Basic design skills - cropping, resizing, changing HTML etc
# 2-4 years experience in house or in an online agency
# Love of football, and sport in general
Salary and Benefits
# Depends on experience but between £24 and £28k
# Full time
# Permanent
# 25 days holiday a year
# Based in Kentish Town, London

We've had a good Christmas here at icons.com and hope that all our customers have had a good festive holiday period wherever they are. We've got exciting plans for 2010 with the World Cup coming up and exciting league races predicted in England and Spain.

Customer Service Executive
We require someone to join our rapidly-expanding signed memorabilia business. We have ambitious plans in a World Cup year and we require a Customer Service Executive to join the existing core team.
Responsibilities
# Dealing with customer enquiries, on the phone, and online
# Packing and fulfilling orders
# Arranging the logistics for player signings
# Managing and updating parts of the website
# Checking stock levels
# General office administration
There is a limited opportunity to meet the players themselves at one of regular signings
Skills and job requirements
# Perfect written and spoken English
# Love for, and in-depth knowledge of, football
# Excellent phone manner
# Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook and an ability to use a basic content management system
# Numerate
# Great attention to detail and extremely diligent
Salary and Benefits
# cf £18,000
# Ideally full time
# Permanent
